Cycling and scootering are excellent ways for parents to ensure that their children engage in regular physical activity. It is simple to learn and can be a fun family activity. It could also be an opportunity for your child to become a champion!

Some of our favourite childhood memories involve cycles as ideal companions for all of our adventures. When summer and vacations arrived, bicycles quickly became our preferred mode of transportation. Our two-wheelers may have been abandoned in the autumn and winter, but we would still hop back on the saddle every now and then. Bicycles and cycling have been a part of our childhoods, and while times have changed, they remain an important part of children’s lives.

 

Scooting is unquestionably enjoyable. Scooting is a great way to get some fresh air while taking in the sights and sounds around you. Walking cannot provide the sensation of gliding over pavement with the wind in your hair. Scooting is a form of physical activity that has numerous health benefits. Physical activity strengthens the heart, keeps arteries and veins clear, strengthens the lungs, strengthens the bones, boosts energy levels, improves emotional well-being, and much more!
